The floor plans for all three models, now open in the Reserve at Stoney Creek, are from Summit’s popular Signature Collection and feature the latest trends in home design with stylish finishes and fixtures chosen by the builder’s award-winning designer.

A model of Summit’s 1.5-story Cherry Creek II is located at 1500 SW Cross Creek Drive in Lee’s Summit. The Cherry Creek II model features four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and nearly 3,500 square feet of living space including the finished lower level with wet bar, entertainment area and exercise room.
