This annual community favorite held June 8th and 9th at Paradise Park drew a record number of families to the celebration for food, fun and entertainment. Strotherfest t-shirts were distributed to the first 100 attendees. The event is a tradition in the Lee’s Summit community and commemorates the founding of Strother (original town of Lee’s Summit). It was hosted by Paradise Park and the Optimist Club. The event also included a car show.
